Training mixed groups
It is quite challenging training groups of athletes from different sports and at different ages and stages of development as a group. Here is something we were
doing this week.
I think the athletes found that it suited their needs and was quite demanding.

I would rate myself to be above average for general fitness. However, after taking part in this training session, which involved short sprints, with twists, turns and changes of direction my body has responded like a beginner.
