Excelsior client Jenny McGeever has recently won the National Epee championships at under-20 age group. She is now going to fence in the European championships next month.

Jenny has been training every fortnight with Excelsior for the last 6 months, except for a rehab spell after she broke her arm falling off a horse!

A follow up treatment with Excelsior physio Sarah, along with some postural analysis and ergonomic tips for daily living has also helped.

Jenny works very hard at her training, working on her fencing fitness and tactics. We are currently refining her plans for the next 4 weeks as she has a busy fencing schedule.

By the end of my time with him I had become an athlete and later received my first international cap against the U.S.A.
