Louise Helyer wins Swiss Open
Louise Helyer has won the Swiss Open Modern Pentathlon Competition with 5648 points. I have been working with Louise the last 2 months, specifically on running technique and training drills to enhance that.
We have also set up an endurance training programme that is designed to prevent the injuries that have beset her in previous winter training.
Louise is 24 and has an extensive training background, when discussing goals we thought it best to try and work on her specific needs, and isolate one aspect in detail. She is currently ranked 35th in the World, but is aiming to improve that this year.
This result is a good start. Well done Louise.
